1. Is each piece custom made to order?
Yes. Each piece is made completely by hand unless a vintage piece is specified so no two flowers will be completely alike because of the nature of handmade items. At this time the turnaround time is shipment within 2-3 weeks from purchase- please let me know before you order if you have a rush order or if you want to upgrade your shipping to priority or express, all domestic shipping comes with delivery confirmation or tracking number.
2. Do you accept wholesale orders?
Yes we do.
3. What is your policy on returns or exchanges?
Returns and exchanges will be at our discretion but we want you to be happy so we will do all we can to be sure you are happy with your product. Your item must be returned in the same condition it was sent and within 5 days of receiving it, unless you are international (within one month). If a return is accepted shipping incurred will not be refunded and there may be a 10% production fee that is not returned because all the pieces are made to order.Custom pieces (something not offered in my shop or altered items available in my shop) are non-returnable.
